On Monday [18.11.2019] we were back in the Róisín Dubh for G003 where we were joined by Bobby Analog, Gaptoof along with plenty of local talent.
Bobby Analog has become one of the most pivotal figures in Belfast’s thriving electronic music scene in recent years. The prolific DJ, producer, promoter and Body Fusion label founder, has gone from strength to strength since relocating to the Northern Irish capital at the age of 18, becoming known for his sets of radiant, percussive house music and slick productions. Tracks like ‘When Will Our Day Come’ and ‘Dr In The House’ have racked up tens of thousands of plays on YouTube, while his Boiler Room set from AVA Festival 2018 saw him being championed as one of Belfast’s finest while also showcasing his stelar selections and technique. Since, he’s gone on to play some very special gigs abroad, including an unforgettable boat party as part of Egypt’s Some Weekend festival. We're really hyped to hear the smooth blend of NY House and Italo that Bobby let's loose downstairs in the Róisín.
Rounding off the line up downstairs we have Niall Healy of Doubleu & Joshua Breslin.
Upstairs we were joined by the enigmatic producer that is Gaptoof. The frequent Soft Boy Records collaborator has racked up thousands of plays on his Soundcloud and produced beats for some of the best in the business. Fresh off the back of playing the Boiler Room Festival October 9th with KOJAQUE, LUKA PALM & Kean Kavanagh we're hyped for him to bring his SP-404 with him for a special two hour live set.
On the warmup for Gaptoof we had our resident Sean Aherne & Jakub Jakubowski
